jmcgoo has been a long term shareholder of this company and feels the same pain as us all be it long or short term shareholding.
2010 events that you refer to are not quite as you infer. There was a fiasco deal as you call it that was not supported by all management nor all shareholders, but unfortunately a fiasco did take place due to the number of shares held by a certain group who had control of the company. Eventually common sense prevailed and some management were terminated and the deal disappeared.
As to the current hype, I have done research and at present would not be investing heavily until there is a profit making revenue stream. There is also the fact that the controlling shareholding is held by too few. Performance based and escrow of shares if we have purchased these companies (which it seems we have or we would not be issuing shares) would have been the way to go.
Independent Board balance is a necessity with this company.
