WVL stil have the DOCA in place with its major creditors. The dividends to the minor creditors will be issued on March 9 2010 from the $450k trust that has been set up(Ferrier Hodgeson 5/2/2010). After this WVL as the liecence holder will be in talks with Midwest et al regarding the production of the mine. I still believe that we, as WVL shareholders, will get some part of the mine however diluted our shares may be, if this is not the case I would expect a big 'please explain' from one of the larger creditors, Noble maybe. On the other hand I could be wrong.
