    Good points you’ve raised kalmsg.

In the manufacturing sector, nothing is permanent though. Your base criticism is quality I suppose. Or the price … or the distribution strategy…. Or the management….all variables… all quick fix variables if you are on the right footing… do not have to be a solid footing..although Nylex is on one.

Look at GM, FORD, Motorola, ICI(Orica), Monsanto ..many more old school giants. All had their fair share of rough waters when new players appear. Like Nylex, most who came out good had solid footings.

Poor quality… bring on new technology or the technologists. Poor sales ..change it … bring on new ones. Poor management. Send them home.. a plenty better ones created each year. Nylex got that strong footing in Oz to do all that.

And the company has indicated all that and the new financiers are willing and ready.
