Forget about talking to Stevens. I am a top 15 shareholder and I can get nothing sensible out of him. It's time for shareholders to really turn up the heat on these imposters.
Firstly think about the rationale for owning this stock. Their mandate to pick winners out of small/micro cap stocks, which gives them about 1300 stocks to chose from. Yet they only perform marginally against this whole group. So firstly they are not good picking winners. They should be beating the market average returns by heaps if they had any real talent. You might as well put your money into AFI/ARG et. al. This is the biggest fundamental problem with the stock. They were so slow to move when the 08 crash came that the NAB got hammered. A lot of people fled and many have never returned. So unless the mangement changes why would anyone think the poor performance won't continue?
Secondly, as many have pointed out these guys have no clue on what to do for shareholders. The discount to NAB is ridiculous, yet no proactive plan exists. E.G return of capital. In fact the opposite is happening. Bizarre.

Thirdly I notice they are only about 4 or 5 institutional type shareholders who own about 22% of the company. Hence the smaller shareholders should have some ability to affect voting at meetings. Make sure your vote counts when the opportunity is there!
