yeah, the numbers still don't add up. i'm sure they have their method that justifies whatever performance fee they feel they need ;)

i'd be more than happy for them to shut up shop. guess we need to copy some activist brokerage gets a good core holding and agitates for change.

what irks me most is the fact they think they deserve such high fees (not just these guys). Hence why my core LIC holding is BKI - they get reasonable returns with essentially wholesale fee structure.
