latest UPDATE: I sent a follow up ameil last Monday and received this response on Wed

Cuppla facts re ctn:
-fallen 27 % in 3 months (scarily that equates to teh need to get a 37% return to get back to Nov 09 high; eg 32c from cyrrent price of 85c)
-SPP now out of the money
-market is "hating on" the company right now ... in fact is anyone reading this or have you all sold out? LOL

..... something has to give here folks????

will be very interested to read Mr Stevens response & to read the report referenced in "intheblack08" post above (good pick up intheblack08 !!!) ... hard to imagine anything brilliant there though; probs payed there mates a big fat fee to write a report stating they should buy back shares when discount to big etc ... maybe it will confirm the logic of buying back at $1 and raising equity from us at 85c??????
