adono500 The point to clarify on your comment is the 26% is based on the performance of the fund assets, not the share price. Agree the share price performance has been lousy and nowhere near 26%. I don't know how they work out the 26%, but it always seems to be ahead of the benchmarks they use.
The big issue is how far behind the share price is compared to the NTA. At one stage price was ahead of NTA. Last year has been horrible. The other public company they control, CCQ also has same problem. They need a lesson in Marketing, or at least a presentation showing the big potential if price catches up to NTA.
