Oilleak, the point i was making (badly???) in 2 was that when we put a $1 in the co. if they can only get a sp of 2/3 or so of the NTA then it effectively dilutes that $1.
The main issue remains the need to close the gap between sp and NTA or sell up and pay us the true value of the co.
Of course if you are an ex holder the spp is a no brainer!!! (no matter how much it is illogical and hurts)
