Don't know about point 2 matey ...87c for a share trading over $1 equates to nice value to me...(Yes there will be some dilution)....
erm view but has merit iWinding up the co is a short tf they can achieve the prices quoted for their holdings.
Personaqlly i'm happy to hold as I remember the outperformance in the boom days....
When LIC's are trading this low to NTA its a good accumulation time for me.....Buying $1.30 + in assets for around $1.......(Most LIC's are trading at nice discounts)....
Buy now & wait for the good times to return....Once the divvies start flowing well again the NTA to SP ration will narrow....
