Both statements are correct, the contract of sale is now unconditional, it was subject to the minority shareholders waiving their pre-emptive rights and the completion of legal and financial due diligence, but finance was not a condition of the sale. The purchaser warranted in the contract of sale that they have the financial resources to complete the deal.

The purchaser has however requested, and we have granted, an extension for settlement until 30 October.
