i understand your frustrations...i believe the sale was scuttled due to political issues with Acland. No one will pay if the future of the tenements is in question...but people are forgetting the present....future can change...governments can change, tomorrow you might have a government that looking at the NSW industry issues permits to advance ACland under strict enviro conditions...
now coming to the present, NHC is cash positive and generating a profit in the PRESENT...other wise why would Perpetual holdings buy out another whole percent of securities
