What's the difference between the Retail Entitlement Offer where you are allowed to oversubscribe subject to a scale back and the Share Purchase Plan that allows you to subscribe for up to $15K's worth (which since it is capped, would also be subject to a scaleback).
Why both?
The only difference I can see is that the former is available to "eligible Retail BOOM shareholders" and the latter to "eligible Boom shareholders"
