Same happened to me. Got stuck in a meeting and by the time I got out it had peaked and fell. No regrets, the results are excelent so I'll hold for now.

A handy little tool i found through one of the HC posters is 'wotnews'. You can set up a free account and nominate up to 10 companies, codes or keywords and you will get an email notification of any news release associated with your criteria. So for TVN you would receive an email of the news release to the market. Delays vary from a few minutes to about 1/2 hour. Simple, effective and cheap.
