Oh yeh for sure, I definitely see upside from here. And I have no reason to think Tony is a dishonest or unethical person

As I said, I feel the mgmt group has cultivated a reputation for over promising and under delivering over the years, and this is coming home to roost at the present time as reflected in (a) the very poor share price which just can’t seem to get traction no matter what, and (b) the worsening terms the company apparently feels compelled to offer to attract new equity

This is my take on the situation. Interested in hearing other people’s views
