When you have a less hierarchical organisation with better camaraderie, you get better results.
ADO demonstrates that.

The reason the big top-down, command-and-control companies are inefficient, you get big egos and people just do the minimum and keep their heads down and plod along. You get mindsets and people get their heads shot off for questioning assumptions etc. They're rarely great places to work.
