    Did you deliberately omit the verb "is"...?

    You left it out, yet implicitly it's there...but you leave it to others to complete.
    A neat trick.

    What about this claim:
    As always, the biggest threat is needlessly excessive spending by the company, leading to further dilution of our shares

    Where is the excessive spending? Either spending is excessive or it isn't. Needlessly is redundant.
    As always? How is that for overblown allegations?

    The company spends money on exploration, and this is an expensive and unpredictable process.
    Not all results will arrive as expected, and there are often delays in exploration.
    Operations are much cheaper in Mexico which means you can do more with less.

    Even you can see this, surely?
