Prior to my director and executive management roles, I spent many years as a resources analyst involved on the corporate side largely undertaking capital raisings and IPOs of Junior resources companies.

One fundamental issue I have with a lot of companies particularly in the really junior end of the market is the weighting that these companies give to institutional investors early on. It is my experience that the "mums and dads" that invest their hard earned cash through their brokers that put them there in a retail environment are the more important asset at that time in the companies life. Institutions will yes, place more capital, but it is usually at a discount to market, for a fee, and fundamentally for me .....when they invest they never promote the company. The brokers on the retail side however will and are not afraid to get on the phone and spread the word about the company and the good things its doing. That's a basic building block for share price appreciation in my book.

The best spread of shareholders is actually a mixtre of the two. Something I am mindful about always when capital raisising.

Regarding my respnse to you, please feel free to contact me anytime and feel free to post on Hotcopper

For a little company with limited funds we are VERY active in delivering results as well as pushing on the corporate front.

My kind regards to you and enjoy your weekend.

    Hi Mr Spence

Thanks you so much for your response.

There are not many CEOs out there who would take interest in retail investors, least of all, reply their emails.
    Kudos for that.

I like to know if you have any objections if I share your email verbatim on hotcopper forum- it is an ASX stock
    forum and quite well known.

I am sure the hotcopper community would be grateful for the update.

    Advise please?

    Thanks

    Hello xxxxx,

Firstly may I take this opportunity to warmly thank you for investing in Oklo Resources and for your continuing support.

We are very busy at the moment processing and interpreting assay information received from the recent drilling and preparing an announcement to the market in the next couple of days. In addition to that we have a number of corporate activities ongoing which is taking up quite a bit of time.

Regarding your query on the geophysics, it is my intent that we make an announcement on the geophysics next week. I have just received from Mali (at 4am this morning) a response to my queries on the preliminary results. As you can appreciate whilst the survey takes two weeks to complete in the field, there is at least the same time again and often more in processing the data, makings sense of it and interpreting the results, prior to release.

Once again I warmly thank you for your support

    Kind Regards

I like to know why it is taking so long to update the market on the geophysical Survey program across the Disse, Diabarou, Selingouma and Gombaly targets. The ASX announcement on 27 Feb 2014 states that the program takes approx. 2 weeks from 27 Feb 2014.

    Can you please explain?
