Think it's fairly straight forward: overall good/encouraging PII trial results; interim data analysis meeting 27/7 - should get an idea on PIII outcomes; positive PIII = brought to market by Medigen - already they are planning for high level commercial production and have outlined the producer for this; exact royalties etc have been covered in an earlier post and I've forgotten (?by melon); based on PII, I think chances of positive PIII are high (but of course you never know). People just positioning/preparing for a binary event very shortly - from the look of today, sentiment seems positive.
