Any price target set by Hartley will now be tainted with the possibility of ramping the share for their own benefit. This may be an unfair statement but past performances of brokers must lead one to be suspicious where they have a large vested interest. We need valuations by independent brokers for the valuation to be accepted with confidence. Then again I never accept brokers valuations so I'll continue to make my own judgement based on the facts as they come to light.

Note that these facts usually come to light on HC before we get them from the companies. On HC though it is necessary to sort facts from opinions.
