so lets be clear here.. your saying the shares that are not issued by adi are in the hands of the someone else, and those shares, in the hands of whom ever that is, are being sold today.. even though they are not issued?

sounds scary to me..

and somehow all these sophisticated investors in the last cap raising in adi are selling their shares today?
