Yes we have the status quo. The expenses did not need to be incurred. There was in fact no need to spend anything.
In your other post you mention previous regime and black cloud hanging over the company. The voting in this company is in the hands of a very small group of shareholders whose combined shareholding controls the company. The previous regime as you call them and their associates effectively sway the vote and they voted for the current board, some of these people in fact are very closely aligned.
At the meeting only 2 board members were in attendance, and they exited the venue in indecent haste and no opportunity for discussion to take place. Shareholder liasion, except for a chosen few was and is non existant.
An official of the company was asked re: the submitting of projects to the company only to be told to submit same to a third party brokerage firm.
We should ask the company WHY if they are seriously looking for projects to benefit to the company and its shareholders are these projects being refered to a third party. Are they trying to say in this particular company, the officials are not capable of assessing projects and are therefore reliant on a third party. Then we ask why are they there. Good question isn't it. Hence the meeting was held. Also of note, we wonder do shareholders know that one of their directors ( Mike Green ) has been appointed as COO of another company. As we need 3 directors will there be a resignation and appointment of an unelected director until the next AGM or an EGM.
Jmcgoo and PGFin if the officials of this company were fair dinkum this litigation would never have been instigated and our company would be onward and upward. RF states all the blame falls on the heads of the old regime? Do the old regime still have a say? perhaps not as correct me us if we are wrong but the SP was north of 6 cents. Maybe the current company officials are simply sitting on their hands and and not sorting the current situation out. We refer to the litigation and lak of any worthwhile action.
