Wendy, the fact is that 295m options at 0.001 should have caused all shareholders to go up in arms and demand an explanation. There is no benefit to the company by issuing these options,only the option holder and it is a slap in the face to all shareholders, clearly a grab for equity and clearly in the hands of a few.

Having said that, the only way forward is to vend in a significant opportunity and turn this shell into something of value. Let the holders do just that for the sake of the rest of us waiting for an exit. There is no future otherwise,the team in place can do what they like at this price level. I'll be happy once a firm direction is taken and can recoup some of my investment to re-allocate to greater and better companies and teams.
