Firstly, I don't have the greatest information about past and present, I suspect others closer to the board than myself would though, such as the option holders for example.
Your 1st question; you are correct, it could be a number of things - I didn't engage the major shareholders adequately, I didn't sell my case well enough or very simply didn't do enough. I respect the 2 major shareholders who voted against me and appreciate that unlike a couple of other major shareholders, they are smart business people, aren't afraid to speak to me and are always open to discussion or debate. While we may disagree, it doesn't dissuade mutual respect nor do they insinuate untruths or engage in unfounded political speculation. I respect their choices while I disagree with them.
Questions 2 & 3; The litigation stands, not because I choose to hold the company to ransom, a rather feeble reason I suspect, but rather because I feel I have a legitimate case. If the company is bankrupt in 6 months and you or others choose to blame me, so be it. Litigation was the last resort and rather unfortunate that it had to come to this.
A few questions for you;
1) What happened to the company "vigorously defending" the litigation in their announcement? I allowed them the option of discretion and an open door to discussion.
2) I appeal to your sense of logic here; Who is really responsible for the company not being able to survive for 6 months due to litigation? this is a company that had an SP of .16 when current management took over and well over 12 months to deliver a project right?
3) Can you explain or shed some light on the options? I feel that this is the biggest issue for the company right now.
I wasn't involved with the company activities for over 18 months - so if litigation can put the company under, then we should look at why and how the company reached this point. If it suits you to blame me or you choose to see more than what there is in my agenda, then realistically I wont change your mind either way and this is yet another by-play to discredit me, which is fine; except it doesn't help the situation I assure you. This is not like getting votes for the 249D - this is judged and measured legally and gaining support for company officials is irrelevant.
IMO DYOR
