The company has increased its fixed cost base in hiring the sales people, yet revenues appears not to have grown significantly. UBN has $7.7m in cash and employee expenses total $10m. Unless they start sacking, or get some cash coming in - this is a capital raising waiting to happen in the future. I have no trust in management forecasts.
