From my knowledge the cores looke quite interesting!
There is no reason why we shouldn't see some copper and gold in there. There is no reason why the grades shouldn't be average to good also.
The company can drill the lease quite easily themselves as well. There is always the possibility of the company adding new projects in the future also.
