If not, why do you think will they care whether SEA is domiciled on the ASX or the NYSE.

If SEA does transition to the NYSE – it will just add to their portfolio of assets held there – with no change to their net exposure.

For individual investors, it could be a different story, depending on how they have structured the exposure.
