That might be the short term trajectory of the share price, but more importantly what I'm watching are the earnings climbing "up,up,up".
Generally the IT services sector is travelling well on the back of renewed demand. DTL, DWS and RXP are all citing favourable conditions at present. One exception is SMX, but that's clearly a case of a disastrous CEO appointment and the failed national sales strategy; which will take some time to overcome.
Regarding RXP dividend, I anticipate 1.5 cents interim, it's been well flagged of an increasing bias. Cash generation won't be a problem, but it will be a question as to what acquisitions are imminent - in which case they may wish to keep some cash firepower for that endeavour.
