I m confident on the debt issue being solved. If Transcor puts the company bust they will not get their money for a long time considering the court law in France so I m sure they re prepared to work on something like reducing the conversion price and/or extending the maturity. On the other end considering the recently published research report it is easy to see the value of Gazonor far above the value of the entire debt. So in the worst case scenarion the company could sell this asset to repay more than the entire debt and we would keep all the other CBM asset (possibly including gazonor's cbm asset).
