Yes & so they listed with a high NTA to extract a high fee & then reduced the NTA severely last year so that the RE could get its hands on PTN in a CR. Hell just their fee would have bought them PTN when they decided to reduce the NTA to suit their cause.
They need to be investigated by ASIC & brought to trial.
I saw a room full of good "human" folk at the Brisbane meeting & the right thing has to be done by the courts asap.
And yes watch where the the RE may hide the $$
