Ok it does not pay a dividend, the rest is your baseless opinion .
Around 25% of companies listed on ASX wont be around in ten years and none of us can guess which ones will still be here,

Boom is in a solid financial position, i assume they have plenty of cash at call from the 150million loan they recently secured, also the 7mill from selling part of the business. administators (as you suggested) would only be called in if outgoings could not be met to avoid trading whilst insolvent. How can Boom have this problem? it seems impossible to me. Ebit $35 to $40 million for FY12.

You may also notice i changed my view to a buy from a hold today after the announcement which calmed any fears i may have had.
