it will never happen. Josh is the son in law of the major share holder(intercorp) who kicked out most of directors last year(2010) at the AGM. people who invest in this company should do a Google on Intercorp Pty Ltd/Bob Roget. He sold about 100 million shares before even drilling for REE started.(that just gives you an indication, that they all knew there was nothing down there to begin with)

WA company promoter Bob Roget appears to have won his bid to take control of the Datamotion Asia Pacific board, with three of its four directors stepping down on the eve of a shareholders meeting to vote on a spill. Datamotion said in a statement that managing director Ronald Moir, chief financial officer Mark Popham and director Martin Eade had resigned as directors, making way for the company to "concentrate on fresh projects and to seek a new direction". Michael Robson and Patrick Corr will join Joshua Wellish on the board. Last month, Mr Roget's Intercorp Pty Ltd called a shareholders meeting for tomorrow to dump Mr Moir and Mr Popham and replace them Mr Robson and Mr Corr. The board spill was spurred by the board's rejection of a proposal by Intercorp to buy a New Zealand technology company. Intercorp holds 19.3 per cent of Datamotion.<<<<<<
The second point is about share consolidation.
Mate they just wont do it. Why? because: 1)they dont even have a good business plan 2) we dont know whether they are IT or mining 3) they have no tenement to be called a mining company. all they have is URE with two gold project which imo will go nowhere. So as soon as they do a RS, share price will decline even further because every one will be selling.
Now imo 0.001 is good price to buy. why? because intercorp has to offload the rest of the shares, and imo they wont be doing it around 0.001-0.002. Buy now wait for the next pump then dump ;)
and that's how you make money this dmn. forget about the future. this company doesn't have a future
