looks like at 2.35pm as he was reading out the draft over the phone in the conference call and didnt know who he was reading it out to! He forwarded the announcement to the other directors.

at 2.47pm the big 100mil trade was made

at 3.10pm he had a discussion with the other director! at 3.10pm!!!??? so from 2.35pm it took him 35minutes to eventually have a conversation with another director? what was he doing during this time? then they had a 15minute discussion on whether a trading halt should be made??

not that im suggesting anything wrong was done here :P
