It is worrying to say the least.
I was also also disturbed to read the last sentence in AVQ’s reply to ASIC. I feel it is unnecessarily and red ragging ASIC by challenging/ daring ASIC to stop AVQ from further operating on San Jorge.
Find lately saying frequently, ‘ we will have to wait and see’.

Agree with you that challenging ASIC by saying it is full steam ahead at San Jorge with the mining is a pretty risky thing to do. If you want to force ASIC to step in and take action then having a red flag under their nose is a good way to go about it.
