Lo further to your concerns and considering the amount of resource and infill confirmation drilling that, we have been told by AVQ, has been completed on San Jorge that AVQ has not done a 3D model of the ore body. With the Ni grades so marginal, and the deeper the ore sits below either the surface or sub economic overburden, a 3D model is critical to the tight margins AVQ are operating within.

l that ASIC May have concerns over AVQ’s capabilities to meet its financial current and ongoing obligations.
It is worrying to say the least.
I was also also disturbed to read the last sentence in AVQ’s reply to ASIC. I feel it is unnecessarily and red ragging ASIC by challenging/ daring ASIC to stop AVQ from further operating on San Jorge.
Find lately saying frequently, ‘ we will have to wait and see’.
