Yesterday afternoon, after being made aware of the chatter/assumptions/commentary that was across Social media I approached the management of Cann Global and Medcan Australia.

Please see the following response as approved by the CEO of Cann Global, Sholom Feldman, and the CEO of Medcan Australia, Craig Cochran.

"On Friday the 8th of February, Cann Global Limited announced a variation to the Medcan agreement and announced the new MOU agreement between BioHealth and Cann Global Ltd. We have an existing and established relationship with BioHealth Pharmaceuticals.

The Medcan variation agreement, as announced, ensures that we continue in a strong and cooperative business relationship with our partners at Medcan for the mutual benefit of both companies, in a way that enables both companies to achieve their respective business objectives in the most efficient and quickest way possible.

Regarding the discussion of the variation of agreement in a phone call with a FB member, as mentioned on a Social Media platform recently, that seems to indicate that there has been a breakdown in the relationship and partnership between Medcan and CGB, we would like to unequivocally state that this is simply false information and "fake news". There is a very strong mutual respect and friendship between the Boards of Medcan and CGB, and the new variation agreement is testament to that relationship. The new varied agreement is considered by both the boards of Medcan and CGB to be in the best interests currently of both parties as the businesses move into their next stage of development.

Cann Global respect the professionalism of both Craig and Gareth and we look forward to continuing to maintain a long and fruitful relationship with Medcan for many years to come. "
