Response from CGB, page-64

Don't get me wrong i'm happy with the biohealth deal no matter how it came about. We did already have a relationship with them that could have been built on anyway as far as manufacturing and marketing go especially in the interim of fitting out our own facility. I just can't help feel that not owning that infrastructure is going to hurt us, in the short term at least.
I can't help but feel that there's more to the story. I see BD asked @Neil59 to clarify exactly why this deal evaporated. We need honest, clear concise answers as to why this really fell apart. We are all adults, give it to us straight. I am very close to ringing Medcan myself.
