I hope Neil and his family, and the board and their families are well, and that the silence is not due to something untoward that we are unaware of.

Having said that if all is well I do think that Neil has conflicted interests now, he is a shareholder and an official Rep on HC for CGB. As a shareholder and also retained under contract by CGB / AGMPL (yet to be revealed) I can't see how he can be impartial. Just my 2 cents worth.
