Frustration is to be expected YT, with this longer than expected re-compliance but it has been necessary to use this time properly and efficiently to create the new Cann Global Limited. Mate, I also am a shareholder with a decent share parcel on hold as well, so I can relate to how shareholders are feeling.
Re my job; as I have mentioned before, people must be able to have their opinions and ask questions. I do my very best to respect each holder and consider their comments. That is what the HC rep is supposed to do but I am also not an employee of this company, and the charter of my contract is to consider the needs and properly represent the shareholders, first. That is why I have now been asked to manage Shareholder Relations, as well.
YT, I am aware that even the majority of non-holders ask reasonable questions, and yes, I do have to challenge posts at times, where we ask for supportive evidence based on "exactly" what is said. I have also been challenged in a similar manner.
I was at the Office again today talking to Pnina, and asking lots of questions that you guys raise. She listened and is considering ways to further improve communications.
This is why we are on tonight answering some of these questions.
When we have the EGM, you or any member, are welcome to introduce yourself to me and ask those questions directly.
