I thought the same thing when I read it. What's the point, if you can't get it early to use somewhere else then it would be pretty annoying if you got it back a day or two before relisting and then the SP went up 100%. Like you say, may as well just roll the dice then and if you want out hopefully you'll make a few dollars for the pain of waiting.
I've got to the point now that I pretty much don't care anymore and have all but forgotten about it. There's nothing I can do about it so why stress anymore. It is what it is..
