It's pretty obvious that Medcann required CGG investment for their facility fit-out.
Since CGB proposed that the cr funds be reallocated to Biohealth we have seen Medcann advertising for potential investors.
Your entitled to your opinion regarding the current funds from cr however investors are entitled to withdraw at any time. The asx are clearly satisfied with allowing shareholders to vote on the new proposal.
