Thanks for your tag. I wanted to acknowledge your post, and others, as I know our shareholders are eagerly waiting for the company to update the market on our EGM meeting date.
With the complexities that have surrounded this re-compliance, please note, that CGB management is being/must be, diligent to ensure that everything is set in place, ASX and ASIC approvals secured, and the administration of the new divisions are operating at peak efficiency, in order to present the new resolutions for CGB's shareholder review and approval.
I will make sure that the forum is notified immediately I am given the meeting dates, but in specific answer to your question, my understanding is that the company is aiming for (C).
