No need to be confused. He’s simply been given either a title upgrade or a position upgrade - similar to an Ops Manager becoming a Dir of Operations or a Sales manager becoming a director of sales. I believe his core responsibilities would remain the same.
Interesting though that a micro cap has a full time media person monitoring hot copper. Must be some real sh*t going down.
