@Neil1959 I considered a  private message but thought I would publicly ask it. Considering all that has transpired over the last 4 months and now knowing shareholders  sentiment.  In the last announcement of the  12th version of the prospectus  Has the company considered it's SH concern of ongoing delays and factored this in? I only ask  as I am hoping the answer is yes. This way we can hopefully look forward to having some real actual progress on getting this company into a  trading postion and letting the market decide. I  will bitterly accept a 13th version but would again ask why is it  required given you had 12 other opportunities to get it right.
