    Hi Neil,

    Just after some clarification regarding the 'rental property' as what you are saying here seems inconsistent, at least at face value, with the 2018 Financial Statements. 

    At note 33 of the Financial Statements the below paragraph is included:

    "AGMPL also provided suitable fully serviced offices to the Company at its Bondi offices at 24 Birriga Road, which includesuse of office space, the board room, kitchen, daily cleaning, and essential office infrastructure, including telephones,fax, printer, broadband internet connections and suitable office furniture."

    Further down in note 33 it shows $168,000 was paid to AGMPL Services for rent.

    On the basis that AGMPL do not own the property is it safe to assume that AGMPL is renting/leasing from a 'third party'?

    If yes, do AGMPL mark up the oncharged rent to CGB? or is this just bundled into the whole 'managed office' service that is charged at a premium compared to what it would cost the CGB if it were to directly incur the costs from the suppliers?

    If AGMPL is renting/leasing the property from a 'third party' is this 'third party' a related party/associate of CGB, any of CGB's directors or the relatives or controlled by any of the aforementioned?
