As a shareholder, normal poster,  anyone can reply in a more easy every day language on a public platform, but a company rep, who officially represents a company, on a public platform like HotCopper, is governed by the Corporations Act.

The rep must respond using a more business/corporate style language that matches content/announcements that have already been released to the market or when discussing internal management or organizational issues.

Some questions can not be answered simply, as the question itself, may contain parts or elements that are materially sensitive in nature, or require content that cannot be discussed because it has not yet been released to market.
