G'day All,

Some people in this group keep saying, Bio Health Pharmaceuticals will be able to manufacture "Medical Marijuana" MM products for CGB in their Facility in Sydney, but nowhere on the BIo Health Pharmacuticals Website does it say they are able to Manufacture anything  except  "Australian Made complementary health, personal and skin care products".

It's also worth looking at the Therapeutic Good Administration (TGA) publication GUIDE TO GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE FOR MEDICINAL PRODUCTS PART I, 1 January 2017. Section 3.6 on page 13 is about the production area and states :"...certain highly active drugs and non-medicinal products should not be conducted in the same facilities."

Medical Marijuana is  Listed as a Scheduled 8 Drug in New South Wales.

My understanding from  reading the TGA Guidelines is that Bio Health Pharmaceuticals would need two separate facilities, one for medical marijuana products and another for complementary health products.
