The Term Sheet will no doubt be confidential to investors but being Asia (where banks leak like sieves), I'm not surprised it turned up at Reuters hours after official launch.
Could also be the I-Bankers and advisors seeking to create reverse enquiry / excitement and interest in the deal.
Retail investors will no doubt need to wait until the retail component is launched (May 26th) after the insto bookbuild is completed.
This may be a long bow to draw but at least there is a weblink to ARH from the Resourcehouse website...........
