I have to agree lots of negative post, fair enough I think as the deal to sweet for Palmer, he leaving no upside for exploration, as he say it a pure production play.
Major problem is that any cash flow is years away and in the meantime he creams of a royalty and management fees.
Unfortunately for ARH it just another Palmer company and as he been so busy with RH everything else has to wait.
