I am tentative on posting this, and please do not take it the wrong way.

There is the issue of management credibility. If you say you are going to do something, then either a) do it or b) offer an explanation why it can't be done; but do not leave a vacuum, cause it will only get filled with negative sentiment. Most companies have investor capital, where errors can be excused, but once the investor capital is all used up, the market can be harsh. I would respectfully suggest some KZL investor capital has just been used up.
