this is why IP has said we are looking for a JV, he's made it no secret he's looking for a partner with deep pockets, no point in going it alone with 100 percent ownership and diluting ourselfs to oblivion like some companies want to do.. at some point someone is gonna have to stump up for a percentage of our project, let's hope being the only high grade deposit with a DFS globally, we should be able to attract a premium. "first in best dressed", remember a tiny cap raise to a whole bunch of holders and selling part of our project to a single major entity are completely scenarios, I'm willing to bet there's Been more then a few offers already but management have decided to take there time and unfortunatly meant a small raise while they negotiate the best possible deal leading into our DFS, this is decision will be the real company maker, not a small placement and I think managements focus is on the big picture..

did see a 80 million MC company get 90 million equity deal for 40 percent of there project the other week... can see something like that happening here
